Using KPIs to Run a 7-Figure Business Remotely

Imagine you’re enjoying a vacation on an island without the internet. You can only send your employee an email with 10 metrics to run your company. What should be on that email? In this episode, we shared how my friend, Matt, runs his 7-figure company remotely without on the scene with the team. Let’s jump right in!

What is island KPI

[00:30] The idea of having these 10 metrics is to help you and the team quickly identify what works and what doesn’t work within the three departments – Sales & Marketing, Production, and Financial & Management.

Examples of KPIs for Three Department

Sales & Marketing

[01:15] An example of sales & marketing could be dollars spent over the new revenue. You spend $1 on marketing, how much you can get from the return.

Production

[01:20] For your production team, track your on or before rate – the number of percentage jobs or tasks on or before the due dates.

 Financial & Management

[01:30] As for the financial & Management perspective, it’ll be the cash forecasting.
